At SILK TIMBER, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please
review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Returns are accepted within [7 / 14] days of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
In their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items
Interior design service fees (once delivered)
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
3. Process for Returns
3.1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kome.co.za with your order number and
reason for return.
3.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the
item.
3.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty
or incorrect.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original
method of payment.
4.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
5.1. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
5.2. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@silktimber.co.za within [7 days] of
receiving your order.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
6.1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the damage.
6.2. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
