3.1. All prices are listed in South African Rand.
3.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed

3.3. We accept payments via EFT, debit/credit card, PayFast, etc.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and
product availability.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
4.3. Delivery fees, customs duties, and taxes (where applicable) are the customer’s
responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they
are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5.2. Custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-refundable.
5.3. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

7.3. Fees for design services are non-refundable once the service has been
delivered.
